Everything you need to know about StreamQ.tv — setup, devices, billing and troubleshooting.
Getting Started
What is StreamQ?
StreamQ is a premium IPTV service giving you 40,000+ live channels and 120,000+ movies & series in up to 4K quality, streamable on any device.
How do I get started?
Pick a plan or start a free 24-hour trial. You will receive your login details by email within minutes, then simply enter them into any IPTV player.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new customer can try StreamQ free for 24 hours with full access and no credit card required.
What will I receive after I subscribe?
Within a few minutes of payment you get an email with your StreamQ credentials — a username, password and server URL, plus a ready-made M3U / Xtream Codes login. Enter these into any IPTV app to start watching.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. StreamQ runs on devices you already own — a Smart TV, phone, tablet, computer or streaming stick. All you need is a free IPTV player app and an internet connection.
Can I watch while travelling abroad?
Yes. StreamQ works anywhere with a stable internet connection. In a few regions a VPN may help if your local provider restricts streaming.
Devices & Setup
Which devices are supported?
StreamQ works on Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV, Android, iOS, Apple TV, Windows, macOS, MAG boxes and any web browser.
How many devices can I use at once?
A standard subscription streams on one device at a time. Multi-connection plans are available on request for households.
Do I need a fast internet connection?
We recommend at least 25 Mbps for stable 4K playback, and 10 Mbps for HD. Our anti-freeze technology adapts to your connection.
Which apps work with StreamQ?
StreamQ works with any Xtream Codes or M3U compatible player, including IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, Smart IPTV (SIPTV) and Perfect Player.
What's the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes login?
Both give the same content. Xtream Codes uses your username, password and server URL and unlocks the full experience (Live, VOD and EPG). An M3U link is a single URL you paste into players that prefer playlists. We send you both.
Can I use a VPN with StreamQ?
Yes, StreamQ is fully VPN-friendly. A VPN can also help if your internet provider throttles or blocks streaming traffic.

The VOD library is refreshed continuously, with new movies and series episodes added every week.
Account & Subscription
How do I renew my subscription?
Renew any time from your dashboard, or message support before your expiry date. Your line is simply extended — nothing to reinstall.
Will my username or password change when I renew?
No. Renewing extends your existing line, so your login details and apps keep working exactly as before.
Can I add more simultaneous connections?
Yes. Multi-connection plans let several devices stream at once. Contact support to add connections to your account.
Can I switch to a different server?
Yes. If a closer or faster server would help, support can move your line to another server in seconds.
How do I check when my subscription expires?
Your expiry date is shown in your StreamQ dashboard, and most player apps also display it on the account or info screen.
Is my subscription renewed automatically?
No. StreamQ never auto-charges — you decide when to renew, so you're never billed unexpectedly.
Billing & Payments
How much does StreamQ cost?
Plans start from just $7.50/month on the annual subscription. There are no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as several crypto and digital wallet options at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Because a free 24-hour trial is offered to everyone, we ask you to test the service first. Refund requests are handled case by case by support.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are handled by trusted processors and we never see or store your full card details.
Will I be charged automatically each month?
No. There is no automatic billing — you renew manually whenever you choose.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a longer plan or add connections at any time — just contact support and we'll adjust your subscription.
Troubleshooting
A channel is buffering — what should I do?
First check your internet speed. If the issue continues, contact support via Telegram or WhatsApp and we will switch you to a closer server.
My login is not working.
Make sure you entered the credentials exactly as emailed. If it still fails, our 24/7 support team can reissue your access instantly.
Nothing loads and I see 'connection timeout'.
Double-check the server URL, username and password are entered exactly as emailed, confirm your subscription hasn't expired, and make sure you aren't over your connection limit. If it persists, contact support.
Video keeps freezing or pixelating.
This is almost always bandwidth-related. Test your speed, use a wired or 5GHz connection where possible, and ask support to switch you to a closer server.
I get a 'maximum connections reached' error.
Your line is being used on another device at the same time. Close StreamQ there, or upgrade to a multi-connection plan for simultaneous streaming.
The app says my playlist or link has expired.
Either your subscription has ended or the URL was entered incorrectly. Renew if needed, then remove and re-add your playlist with the exact details from your email.
The TV guide (EPG) is empty or shows the wrong times.
Set the correct timezone in your app settings, then refresh or re-add the EPG. It can take a few minutes to populate the first time.
Some channels won't open but others work fine.
That usually means a temporary issue with a single source. Report the channel name to support and we'll fix or replace it quickly.
The audio is out of sync or there's no sound.
In your player's settings, switch the audio decoder/codec (for example from hardware to software). This resolves most sync and silent-audio issues.
Only my 4K channels buffer.
A 4K stream needs roughly 25 Mbps of stable bandwidth. If your connection is slower, choose the FHD or HD version of the same channel for smooth playback.
It worked before and suddenly stopped.
Check your subscription hasn't expired, restart the app and device, and try a VPN — some ISPs begin blocking streaming traffic. Support can also move you to another server.
How do I clear the app cache?
Clearing the cache fixes many glitches, especially after an app update.
- 1On your device, open Settings → Apps.
- 2Find your IPTV player (e.g. IPTV Smarters).
- 3Tap Storage → Clear cache. Avoid 'Clear data', which removes your login.
- 4Reopen the app and let it reload.
